How do I get Kroo Carbon Fiber EVA Apple iPad Case (Black) with Free iPad Travel Charger Included

So, from what I could tell from the pics online the material looked durable and tough. When I received the item it was of a durable material but the front of the case has some sort of a clear plastic covering over the material. I have no idea why the manufacturer did this. It makes there product look cheap!The inside protective padding is good, the zipper opening is good, but the front of the case looks tacky with that plastic coating!
